IPG laser therapeutic machine is a medical instrument with complex structure, which integrates light, machinery and electricity. Because of the dangers of laser radiation and high pressure, the use and maintenance of different types of laser therapeutic equipment must strictly comply with the corresponding safety operating standards. Different types of laser therapeutic machines have different structures, but generally include laser, power supply system, light guide system, cooling system, safety protection system and other major parts. Failures of each system will cause the whole machine to not work properly. Its common faults can be divided into three categories. J is an optical system fault, the second is an electrical control system fault, and the third is a cooling system fault. System failure. These three are often interlinked and cause and effect each other. According to the working principle of the laser therapeutic machine, the smooth maintenance is generally to check the electrical control system, check whether the whole machine has electricity, whether the control switches are open (including door switches, emergency switches, foot gates are connected properly, whether the contact is normal), whether the output power meets the requirements; and then check the cooling system, such as water circulation, to see whether the display is normal, whether the water volume is normal. If the circuit and cooling cycle are normal, the laser should be emitted in the laser cavity. Otherwise, the laser may break down. If the laser works normally, it may be the joint arm, optical fiber and other parts of the output. Failure in parts or connections. The operating steps of several laser therapeutic machines described below are based on different machine structures, especially different output modes or mutual references; common faults and treatment methods can be used for reference; listed safety protection measures are applicable to general laser use.
(1) Operating steps of IPG laser therapeutic machine
1. Start up: (1) The power cord is inserted into the power socket and connected to the power supply. (2) When the emergency stop switch is turned on, the right-hand key switch opens the screen interface. (3) Stop slightly and continue to turn the key to open the power supply circuit of the main engine. (4) Select the wavelength of the display screen by pressing the wavelength selection key. (5) Select the items that need to be adjusted (frequency, energy, red light) by pressing the cursor key of the display screen lightly, and then set the parameters. (6) Press the pre-ignition key after setting up, and the screen display enters the ready state. (7) Make the light guide arm (some output by means of optical fiber or hand-held laser gun) align with the treatment site, step on the foot switch machine and then enter the T state, and laser beam is emitted. (8) Align the output port of the articular arm to the treatment site, control the distance between the output port of the articular arm and the treatment site, that is, control the size of the spot diameter, and step on the foot switch for treatment.
2. Shut down: (1) Release the pedal switch. (2) The articular arm was positioned. (3) Lightly connect the working key to change the state from preparation to standby. (4) Turn off the key switch. (5) Turn off the main power supply. (6) Keep the power key by a special person.
(2) safety issues of IPG laser therapeutic apparatus
1. Can't look directly at the end of the arm and any reflected laser beam.
2. Flammable and explosive narcotic drugs, liquids and gases (such as alcohol, ether, oxygen, etc.) should be far away from the laser radiation area, and protective measures should be taken.
3. Metal instruments can cause laser reflex. During operation, direct laser irradiation on these instruments should be avoided and non-reflective instruments should be used as far as possible.
4. Reflective laser jewelry such as watches, necklaces and bracelets should be avoided in operation.
5. Strict and effective eye protection must be provided to patients, such as covering with gauze, wearing protective eye mask, tarsal mask, etc.
6. Laser irradiation is strictly forbidden except for the affected area to be treated and the target area to be adjusted for light. When moving the joint arm during the treatment and placing the joint arm after the treatment, the end outlet of the joint arm must be pointed to a safe place.
7. Laser radiation warning signs should be affixed to the population of the laser treatment room. It is strictly forbidden for people to enter and exit during the use of laser. It is suggested that door-crane interlocking devices be installed.
8. Pigments in human tissues absorb different lasers, so the dosage needed for treatment should be chosen from small to large.
9. IPG laser is invisible infrared light. Its wavelength is l064 nm. Laser directly into the human eye is enough to damage the vitreous body and retina of the eye and cause permanent blindness. Therefore, people in the laser operation area must wear protective glasses, the applicable wavelength is 200-1100 nm.
10. After power off, the high-voltage device may still have residual voltage. Opening the anti-oak cover of the chassis at will may be dangerous to high-voltage electric shock.
11. Keys should be removed from lock switches when not using equipment. Keys should be kept by specially trained designated operators.
(3) Maintenance of common faults of IPG laser therapeutic machine.
1. Step on the foot switch without laser output: (l) Check whether the system is ready. (2) Check whether the pedal switch is normal or not, and replace it immediately if it is damaged. (3) Check whether the working key is pressed. (4) Check whether the lower energy output is selected; adjust the energy key and increase the energy.
2. The output of laser obviously weakens or the laser gun "empty gun" can't get out of the laser (l) using too low voltage, the instrument can't work properly. (2) The output lens of the laser is not clean and needs to be wiped according to normal operation. (3) The machine is overheated and shuts down. It will be used after 30 minutes'standby. (4) Turn off the bald head and check whether the front mirror is damaged or not. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced. (5) Carefully observe whether the handle or the head of the gun is leaking. If there is leakage, replace it immediately. (6) Laser gun damage. Replace the laser gun.
3. Laser tube bright (l) voltmeter has indication, but the light output is abnormal.
