Laser beam is 1.5m, it can weld not only small letters but also big letters.
2. Precautions
2.1 Don't let the laser shoot the skin, it may cause burns. It is better to wear a gloves to protect hands.
2.2 Don't let the laser shoot the combustibles, it may cause fire.
2.3 Please keep the machine in a dry environment, it can keep the optical path of the lens clear.
2.4 Regularly check the water chiller whether the water is adequate or not. Cleanliness(pure water, change the water about 15 days), keep the water chiller clean.
2.5 The water temperature may be change with different environment, it may cause weak light-emitting, the temperature is usually set about 26-29ºC, indoor temperature within 5-35ºC.
2.6 The operator can not start machine when the water tank is no water.
2.6 Please do not use this equipment for other purposes than metal processing.
2.7 Please regularly maintain this machine.

3. Installation requirements
3.1 The operator must get professional training for this machine and read this user manual.
3.2 Please install this equipment in the surrounding where temperature is 5 ~ 40 ºC, the humidity is less than85% with no severe temperature changes.
3.3 Keep voltage 220V/50HZ stable.
3.4 Each part of equipment should be kept with the wall a distance of 60 cm at least for ventilation and heat dissipation.
4. Installation procedures
Three main parts: Laser beam with power case + Water chiller + Marble table
4.1 Connect two water tubes from laser beam with water tank.
4.2 Connect the wires from water tank with power case.
4.3 Take off the LED light from laser beam, then install laser head with laser beam.
4.4 Install focusing lens and LED light.
4.5 Install marble table.
4.6 Install petal switch .
5. Operation procedures
Notice:Our laser welding machine can not be used for long time continuous welding. For continuous welding, please consult our engineers to provide solutions for you.
5.1 Start laser welding machine
5.11 For new machine, water tank must be filled with water (General drinking pure water).Put water to the water tank within the water line in the tank.Then cover the tank cover.(Tank temperature has been adjusted before delivery, please refer to the water tank specification if you have any questions).
5.12 Make sure the wires connection of the power supply is correct, then open the Main Power in the back of power case.
5.13 For new machines and machines which have just been replaced the laser tube or cooling water, turn on the Main power, wait water tank running for 5 minutes to make the water cooling system to discharge all blisters and check the water pressure on pressure gauge is correct.
5.14 Main Power- Black button - Green button.
5.15 After several seconds, there are parameters setting on the screen.
5.16 When start machine successfully, you will see "Off " on the screen.
5.17 You need test the laser via test focus and make the point in CCD in the center.
5.2 Parameters setting
Parameters adjustment:StartA(A), Width(ms), Freq(HZ)
StartA(A) range is 0~300A.(Laser power)
Width(ms) range is 0.5~10.0ms.(The size of laser point)
Freq(HZ) range is 4-50HZ.(Laser speed)
For example, if you weld stainless steel, StartA(A) is 30A, Width(ms) is 1.5ms, Freq(HZ) is 15HZ.If you weld iron sheet or galvanized sheet, you need increase StartA or Width or both of them.
For different material and thickness, parameters setting are different.
5.3 Turn off laser welding machine
5.31 Press "Off"on the screen - Press Black button - Press "Main Power".
- Maintenance
6.1 After testing machine, there is no need to adjust its internal structure usually, You just need to change cold water and tube regularly. Lamp is consumable, which has a life of 500 hours (the life is related to the volt of equipment). When the output of laser dropped to the 2/3 of primary energy, you need to change it. When you maintain machine, you must turn power off first.
6.2 When you change xenon lamp, you should wait 3 hours at least after power off. And you should be careful to avoid damage other parts of machine.
6.3 Procedure of changing xenon lamp:
6.31 Tape the laser rod at both ends sealed to prevent dust.
6.32 Use M2.5 hexagonal wrench to unscrew cramp screw of terminal clamp, and take off terminal clamp (when take off it, one hand use forefinger, middle finger and thumb to hold the electrode, and another hand use M2.5 hexagonal wrench to unscrew screw).
6.33 Use M3 hexagonal wrench to discharge xenon lamp briquetting of spotlighting cavity at both ends.( When you turn the screw(M4), you should be careful of screw at both ends.)
Don't press briquetting of one side tightly. If these is uneven, lamp will transform and crack. So when you screw, you should screw moderately at both ends to keep diagonal uneven). Then pull-out xenon lamp lightly along the edge of fore-reflector adjustable shelf (Before taking off lamp, it's best to pack fore-reflector adjustable shelf to proof dust).
As shown below:
6.35 Take a new xenon lamp , push it (250x120x7)slightly in lamp hole of the end of cavity. After coming out from other head, put on apron from two respectively. Rotate xenon lamp gently and adjust to equal length of the ends portion on both sides so that rubber ring is close to countersink of circular briquetting.Then put on semicircular briquetting and tighten the screws(M4*8). Note that on both sides of the screw, don't press briquetting of one head tightly. If these is uneven, lamp will transform and crack. So when you screw,you should screw moderately at both ends to keep diagonal uneven. Then put on terminal clamp, the way of putting on xenon lamp is similar with the way of taking off it (Note: must clamp terminal clamp in case of poor contact and burning our of xenon lamp Figure below picture).
Note: Protect the lens of front and back sides to avoid hand contact contamination.
- Plug in and only open refrigerator.
- Let the pump run 3mins to see whether the water leakage.
- Shut down and unplug the power supply.
- Lay down top cover and close.
6.4 Maintenance and adjustment of light path
6.41 Structure chart of laser optical system
6.42 Laser system is the core part of the laser welding machine, its use and protection must be strict attention, non professionals, please do not move.
The laser includes an all-trans-diaphragm, xenon lamp, YAG, condenser chamber, half-diaphragm and other objects.
The light emit on the crystal surface, under the control of front and back of the diaphragm,the laser output from the half-diaphragm. Therefore, the surface of the all components in the laser must be keep clean. The surface of diaphragm and crystal must be keep clean.
Lamp and YAG crystal are fragile objects which should be careful when installing. When the output of the laser energy is only 2/3 of the output of original energy, you need to replace xenon lamps of the same model. YAG crystal produce laser substances, its ends coated with reflection reducing coating, which is expensive, they should be careful to protect it. Timely scrub the YAG crystal gently by using fiber cotton dipped in alcohol and ether mixture, but don't scratch the surface , otherwise it will lead to decline of energy.
6.43 Adjustment of the laser system
1)Install the laser cavity, the red indicator light adjusted coaxial with the laser crystal axis.
2)Install into the half-diaphragm, and adjust vertical with red optical axis.
3)Install into diaphragm, and adjust vertical with red optical axis.
4)If it adjusted well, there will emit laser, use photographic paper to test the roundness of laser spot. if there are defects at the left and right side, adjust the left and right screw, until the light spot is round and evenly distributed.
- Water tank
7.11 Instructions of buttons
Each time you press the button,the motherboard buzzer will ring.
Up: short press for rising one time, long press for continuous rising.
Down: short press for dropping one time, long press for continuous dropping.
7.12 Power on display
- After turning on the power supply of the main board, SVºC shows the last temperature setting ; PVºC shows the current temperature of water tank.
b. After pressing "Power"button, the value of the two digitrons remain generally the same, now the power light on and into the boot state. After the water pump running light twinkle 5 seconds become permanent bright, the water pump starts; After the host running light twinkle 20 seconds become permanent bright, the host starts.
c.Boot up( Without pressing the "power "button, it directly enters the boot state.) The two digitrons remain generally the same, now the power light on.

7.3 Parameters setting
- Setting for Managers : Power within 10 seconds, press both up and down for 3 seconds, come to "manager setting pattern", when the two Digitrons flashing, press up and down to set parameters,and press setting button can convert content.

7.4 Maintenance
7.41 Condenser, Airway, Filter
Keep the system cooling capacity optimization, both the condenser, airway, filter should be kept clean without dust, should be regularly check and clean as requirement.
7.42 Water system
Clean the water tank regularly, rinse the filter cartridge or replace the filter and replace the circulating water to ensure clean water systems.
7.43 Water Level
Need to check regularly if the water tank need to add water.
Usually, the water tank level is subject to cover the coil prevail. When the water is below the coil, it means water need to be added.Water need to change regularly according to the water quality. change the water pump in case If the water flow is too small,it is because the water pump body is blocked by air.U can press the red button on water filter to discharge the air in the water system until the water flow is back to normal level.Water transmittance will be reduced when the water is mixed with air bubbles. When there are air bubbles in the transparent hose or water tank outlet got bubbles, please check if the return water pipe is leaking or if the water tank level is low.
7.44 Clean the dust regularly
Clean the dust on the air filters regularly : When excessive dust, remove the air filters and clean the dust on it by air gun or water pipes. Oily stains please clean with mild detergent. Air filters should be dry before re-install. Keep the air filters clean regularly can extend the life of the chiller and reduce the chiller energy consumption.
7.45 Maintenance of water tank
1) When the temperature drops to 0ºC in the winter, the water in the water tank will be frozen to damage the water tank. So when the room temperature drops below 15 ºC, please set the alarm temperature 5ºC to make water tank work normally.
2) If you're not using this machine for long time, please drop out the water in water tank, cavity and water tubes to avoid causing scale.
3) The temperature differences between water tank temperature and room temperature shall not be more than 4ºC,or it will be easy to make condensation. Then stains and spots will appear on the YAG crystal and optical lenses to affect the output of laser energy .
4) Please use a dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth to clean stains on the device outside. Use diluted neutral detergent or alcohol wipe for the special dirty place. Do not use special solvents or gasoline, or it may cause the appearance of discoloration.
5) Please operate switches and buttons carefully, it is forbidden to operate with a hard object and mishandled . Simultaneous multiple switch will cause the device error.
6) Change the filter cartridge once a month, please replace the filter and remove the bowl with the special tools of the device.
7) Using pure water instead of tap water or untreated water as cooling water, otherwise it will shorten the laser life.
8) Don't make the refrigerator long - running when the xenon lamp power is off, or it may cause damage to the laser crystal due to condensation.
- Common problems with solutions
- Check whether the power line is connected to the power supply plug.
- Check whether the power switch is started.
- Check whether the panel power is started.
8.2 Water pump can not work normally
- Check the water level of the whole system.
- Check whether the pump motor is running.
- Check whether the circulatory system is blocked.
8.3 Water pump suction deficiency
- Check whether the voltage is too low.
- Check whether the pipe diameter is too small.
- Check whether the fluid viscosity is too high.
- Check whether the connection pipe is limited.
8.4 No refrigeration or not cold enough
- Check whether the voltage is too low or too high.
- Check whether the ventilation is blocked.
- Check the ambient temperature,too high temperature will cause the compressor short shut down.
- Check whether the excess heat is transferred to the cooling liquid, because it would exceed the refrigeration system's cooling ability.
8.5 The red light is off, check 5V power supply is burnt or not.
8.6 CCD Display is not bright, check 12V power supply is burnt or not.
8.7 CCD is no signal and red light,press the last button on screen.When CCD is green light, press the penultimate button to find BNC model.
8.8Lamp is not ignored
Check Stop button
Check the xenon lamp is burnt or not, the lamp is on or off.
8.9 Lamp is ignored, but the laser didn't come out when press the pedal switch.You should change a new pedal switch.
8.10 Lamp is ignored, and the laser can come out normally.
- Light is weak:
Xenon lamp is aging , you should change a new xenon lamp.
Lens is aging and with many dot.You should change lens.
Lens is dirty, you should clean lens.
Light path is not straight,you should adjust the light path.
Laser crystal or cavity is dirty, you should clean them.
- Laser power is not stable
Voltage is not stable , you should check the voltage and install a stabilizer, input voltage is AC220±10V.
8.11 Heating up too fast in the working of water tank
Compressor not working, you should Restart the water tank
Leakage of refrigerant, you should re add Re refrigerant.
- Safety norms
This machine is expensive equipment, you should operate it correctly to avoid damage. There are high-voltage, high power laser and high pressure water inside this machine. In case of an accident on the surrounding can cause people damage in varying degrees. You must turn off the main power before maintenance and inspection.
This laser machine belongs to the class 4 laser device. Any operation, use or adjustment that is not in accordance with the operation manual may lead users exposed to harmful radiation, and adjust the laser with eye protection to avoid direct exposure.
Such as the laser burns: If the user's hand or fingers expose to the laser irradiation directly or indirectly , the wound caused by the laser that is similar to the "ordinary thermal radiation (normal radiated heat) burns" is harmless, but you should be careful to avoid wound infected. Disinfect for the wound .if the situation is serious, please go to the hospital for treatment.

10.1 Warranty:Warranty for 12 months from the whole machine.
10.2 Xenon lamp, protection lens, water filters, petal switch and thimble are consumables, they are not in warranty.

7.4 Maintenance
7.41 Condenser, Airway, Filter
Keep the system cooling capacity optimization, both the condenser, airway, filter should be kept clean without dust, should be regularly check and clean as requirement.
7.42 Water system
Clean the water tank regularly, rinse the filter cartridge or replace the filter and replace the circulating water to ensure clean water systems.
7.43 Water Level
Need to check regularly if the water tank need to add water.
Usually, the water tank level is subject to cover the coil prevail. When the water is below the coil, it means water need to be added.Water need to change regularly according to the water quality. change the water pump in case If the water flow is too small,it is because the water pump body is blocked by air.U can press the red button on water filter to discharge the air in the water system until the water flow is back to normal level.Water transmittance will be reduced when the water is mixed with air bubbles. When there are air bubbles in the transparent hose or water tank outlet got bubbles, please check if the return water pipe is leaking or if the water tank level is low.
7.44 Clean the dust regularly
Clean the dust on the air filters regularly : When excessive dust, remove the air filters and clean the dust on it by air gun or water pipes. Oily stains please clean with mild detergent. Air filters should be dry before re-install. Keep the air filters clean regularly can extend the life of the chiller and reduce the chiller energy consumption.
7.45 Maintenance of water tank
1) When the temperature drops to 0ºC in the winter, the water in the water tank will be frozen to damage the water tank. So when the room temperature drops below 15 ºC, please set the alarm temperature 5ºC to make water tank work normally.
2) If you're not using this machine for long time, please drop out the water in water tank, cavity and water tubes to avoid causing scale.
3) The temperature differences between water tank temperature and room temperature shall not be more than 4ºC,or it will be easy to make condensation. Then stains and spots will appear on the YAG crystal and optical lenses to affect the output of laser energy .
4) Please use a dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth to clean stains on the device outside. Use diluted neutral detergent or alcohol wipe for the special dirty place. Do not use special solvents or gasoline, or it may cause the appearance of discoloration.
5) Please operate switches and buttons carefully, it is forbidden to operate with a hard object and mishandled . Simultaneous multiple switch will cause the device error.
6) Change the filter cartridge once a month, please replace the filter and remove the bowl with the special tools of the device.
7) Using pure water instead of tap water or untreated water as cooling water, otherwise it will shorten the laser life.
8) Don't make the refrigerator long - running when the xenon lamp power is off, or it may cause damage to the laser crystal due to condensation.
- Common problems with solutions
- Check whether the power line is connected to the power supply plug.
- Check whether the power switch is started.
- Check whether the panel power is started.
8.2 Water pump can not work normally
- Check the water level of the whole system.
- Check whether the pump motor is running.
- Check whether the circulatory system is blocked.
8.3 Water pump suction deficiency
- Check whether the voltage is too low.
- Check whether the pipe diameter is too small.
- Check whether the fluid viscosity is too high.
- Check whether the connection pipe is limited.
8.4 No refrigeration or not cold enough
- Check whether the voltage is too low or too high.
- Check whether the ventilation is blocked.
- Check the ambient temperature,too high temperature will cause the compressor short shut down.
- Check whether the excess heat is transferred to the cooling liquid, because it would exceed the refrigeration system's cooling ability.
8.5 The red light is off, check 5V power supply is burnt or not.
8.6 CCD Display is not bright, check 12V power supply is burnt or not.
8.7 CCD is no signal and red light,press the last button on screen.When CCD is green light, press the penultimate button to find BNC model.
8.8Lamp is not ignored
Check Stop button
Check the xenon lamp is burnt or not, the lamp is on or off.
8.9 Lamp is ignored, but the laser didn't come out when press the pedal switch.You should change a new pedal switch.
8.10 Lamp is ignored, and the laser can come out normally.
- Light is weak:
Xenon lamp is aging , you should change a new xenon lamp.
Lens is aging and with many dot.You should change lens.
Lens is dirty, you should clean lens.
Light path is not straight,you should adjust the light path.
Laser crystal or cavity is dirty, you should clean them.
- Laser power is not stable
Voltage is not stable , you should check the voltage and install a stabilizer, input voltage is AC220±10V.
8.11 Heating up too fast in the working of water tank
Compressor not working, you should Restart the water tank
Leakage of refrigerant, you should re add Re refrigerant.
- Safety norms
This machine is expensive equipment, you should operate it correctly to avoid damage. There are high-voltage, high power laser and high pressure water inside this machine. In case of an accident on the surrounding can cause people damage in varying degrees. You must turn off the main power before maintenance and inspection.
This laser machine belongs to the class 4 laser device. Any operation, use or adjustment that is not in accordance with the operation manual may lead users exposed to harmful radiation, and adjust the laser with eye protection to avoid direct exposure.
Such as the laser burns: If the user's hand or fingers expose to the laser irradiation directly or indirectly , the wound caused by the laser that is similar to the "ordinary thermal radiation (normal radiated heat) burns" is harmless, but you should be careful to avoid wound infected. Disinfect for the wound .if the situation is serious, please go to the hospital for treatment.

10.2 Xenon lamp, protection lens, water filters, petal switch and thimble are consumables, they are not in warranty.
